  • Creating promotional material and branding, including logo and web design

  • Installing online membership systems

  • Setting up and maintaining social media channels

  • Networking with other organisations and industry to help promote the association

  • Carrying out advertising of events and conferences, membership and other services

  • Producing content for members' magazines

Committees and staff

 

  • Organising and attending meetings

  • Preparing and circulating agendas

  • Taking minutes and ensuring actions are fulfilled

  • Acting as 'Society Manager', involved in all operational aspects of running a membership organisation
